Jellycat Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1.1 The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

1.2 Employees of DXRLINGO HIJABS and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.1 During the promotion period, eligible participants may enter through either of two entry routes: (a) purchasing an eligible DXRLINGO HIJABS product; or (b) joining the DXRLINGO Family for free.

2.2 Purchase entry: customers who purchase an eligible DXRLINGO HIJABS product during the promotion period may enter using the entry instructions provided by DXRLINGO HIJABS.

2.3 Free Entry Route: customers can enter the giveaway without making a purchase by joining the DXRLINGO Family through the email signup form on the DXRLINGO HIJABS website.

2.4 To enter through the free-entry route, participants must provide their required details through the DXRLINGO Family signup form during the promotion period and follow any giveaway entry instructions provided there.

2.5 A purchase is not required for a free entry.

2.6 Entries made through the free-entry route will be treated equally with eligible purchase entries when the winner is selected.

3.1 One entry is permitted per person during the promotion period.

3.2 DXRLINGO HIJABS reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

3.3 Proof of purchase may be required for entries made through the purchase route. Participants entering through the free DXRLINGO Family route will not be required to provide proof of purchase.

4.1 There will be one prize consisting of one Jellycat plush.

4.2 The exact Jellycat model awarded will be stated on the giveaway webpage.  Prize: Amuseables Bouquet Of Flowers Jellycat Plush .

4.3 The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

4.4 The prize will be provided free of charge to the winner.

5.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

5.2 The draw will take place within 7 days after the promotion closes.

5.3 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their entry.

5.4 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, DXRLINGO HIJABS may select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

6.1 The prize will be sent to the winner's UK address at no additional cost.

6.2 DXRLINGO HIJABS aims to dispatch the prize within 30 days of the winner confirming their details.

7.1 The promotion is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 DXRLINGO HIJABS reserves the right to disqualify entries where there are reasonable grounds to believe these Terms & Conditions have been breached.

7.3 The promotion closing date will not be changed except where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.

8.1 This promotion is organised independently by DXRLINGO HIJABS.

8.2 Jellycat is not the promoter of this giveaway and, unless expressly stated otherwise, this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Jellycat.

9.1 Personal information supplied for the purpose of entering the promotion will be used to administer the giveaway, select and contact the winner and provide the prize.

9.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the DXRLINGO HIJABS privacy policy.

10.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights that consumers have under applicable UK law.

Free entry is available without making a purchase by joining the DXRLINGO Family through the email signup form on the DXRLINGO HIJABS website, as described in section 2.
