These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the DXRLINGO HIJABS website and to any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, fabrics and sizes. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and small variations can occur between batches of fabric.

All products are subject to availability.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If this happens, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering and is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

UK standard delivery costs £3.95. Orders of £40 or more qualify for free UK standard delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided.

Under UK consumer law, you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your items without giving a reason. Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage costs.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or had their packaging seal removed may not be accepted, except where they are faulty.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep any account details secure, and not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

All content on this website, including the DXRLINGO HIJABS name, logo, images, text and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or change the website for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
