Returns & Refunds

• If you purchase from DXRLINGO HIJABS online, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
• If you wish to cancel, please contact us within those 14 days. After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items where permitted by UK consumer law, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have agreed otherwise.
• Returned items should be in an appropriate condition. Where permitted by law, we may make a deduction from a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning.
• Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
• Faulty or damaged items: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact dxrlingohijab@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
• Order cancellations before dispatch: You can contact us to request cancellation before your order has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, your statutory cancellation and return rights still apply where applicable.
• Nothing in this policy affects or limits any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.
